Does anyone know where to find the “product code” for Chessbase Downloads purchased from the USCF Store? When I click on the Setup link, it asks for the product code “which should be found on download page”, except that it’s not there…
Any help here would be appreciated. Already sent messages to USCF but haven’t received reply

You should contact USCF Sales.
Indeed. USCF Sales is a separate company with an contract sales agreement with US Chess. It is not controlled nor run by US Chess. All matters relating to orders or issues must be taken directly to USCF Sales. No one in the US Chess office in Crossville can help with these issues.
I suspect the downloads would be in an account at chessbase.com. After signing in, I find them here.
