What is the difference between “New Classical” and “Neo Classical” Chess? How do they differ from “Classical” Chess? What is now considered “Classical” Chess? And, does taking a different colored pill have anything to do with “Neo” Classical Chess?
Probably. What color are you talking about, purple?

Watch the movie, The Matrix.
The question is a serious one. I have recently seen tournaments with much less time for moves being called both, “Neo” (the name of a character in aforementioned movie) and “New” Classical and I have absolutely no idea what constitutes either. Who chooses what to call a tournament? Is there any standard? Remember, I am from an age when there were only two classifications, “Classical” and “Speed.”
I would suggest Mr. Bacon ask the organizer.
