Since the first round of the four-day schedule is at 2PM on Thursday, August 6th, I think they’ll be taking on-site registrations for the 4 day schedule until some time around noon on Thursday, August 6th.
You should also still be able to register online for that schedule (go to secure2.uschess.org/webstore), though I believe online registration for it will close at 6PM (CDT) on Wednesday, August 5th.
