Anyone familiar with the Westfield (NJ) CC during the 1970s and beyond, will mourn the loss of Ernesto F. Labate, 92, who died Monday June 29, 2015. A former club champion, and accomplished pianist, and ranked #1 on the East Coast in judo, for his age group, 50-55. We lost a good one.
