Can you lookup when a Tournament Director last took Safe Play training after it expires?
I used to hire a TD, locally who wants to take safe play refresher to renew his certification. He asked me if I could look up which refresher he needs. I can see the latest renewal for TDs who have not expired, but not for those already expired.
I know he can see it on his profile, but he cannot currently login. I’ll help him resolve that, but until then what can I do? Email Safe Play at USChess?

Which refresher he needs to take depends on how many times he has renewed so far, not on when he last renewed. Once you’ve taken all refreshers in sequence you start over again with the initial course.
PS there are three refreshers. My next one is refresher 3 this September before starting over with the initial course in 2027 (also 2031, 2035 and if I am still directing in my 80s maybe 2039, 2043, 2047). The first course had to be taken by May of 2024 before SafeSport was required for every event (about 9 months after it was required for events organized by US Chess). If you ask when he first took it, and check his directing history, you can probably figure it out.
If you use the “View All” US Chess members SafeSport search, it might shed some light on what is needed and when.
But yes, the latest and greatest is always available to individual members via their MY Dashboard login.
When I look up my information at ratings.uschess.org, it shows that my TD certification is valid through 2027 but my SafePlay certification lapsed a year ago.

One thing to note is that you can see anybody’s SafeSport expiration

Via ratings.uschess.org you cannot. That only shows SafeSport expiration for members who are also TDs.
For example, I know this member who is not a TD, Taylor Wilhour (12526131), completed their Core training on 6/21/26, but you cannot see that at https://ratings.uschess.org/player/12526131 (and yes, it has been sync’d).
You would have to go to the general SafeSport Certified Members search (not the TD version) at SafeSport Certified Members | US Chess.org and type in the last name “Wilhour” to see this member’s Core training they did.
