I have been searching for a FIDE Arbiter Seminar in English either internet based or in person that is affordable. With travel, lodging and seminar fee I estimate the price tag at approximately $1,200 to attend in person at the only scheduled/available in person seminar in North America. The only English language internet based seminars are held in the middle of the night for aspiring FAs in the United States. I was open to sacrificing my normal sleep for a few days, but, the Lecturer would not let me enroll due to the time difference.

When will we have a Lecturer willing to run a FA seminar for US National Arbiters seeking FA licensure?
