I believe this is the home of the Boylston Chess Club. This is the focus of a news item which I didn’t exactly catch. "I think there is some concern about the integrity of the building. Traffic is confused in the area. Can anyone fill in here?
The Boylston Chess Club moved months ago. The new location is 40 Norris St. in Cambridge. From the T stop near the old location, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the new site.

Subsequent news coverage indicated that the façade was at risk, so perhaps the owner was negligent. Good to be out of there.
