Frank Delbonis is President & Director of the Ocean State Chess Association, where he’s directed more than 350 tournaments over nearly 40 years in chess. He founded OSCA in 2016 to make tournaments accessible for students who couldn’t otherwise afford to play, and has since built one of New England’s most active scholastic chess programs alongside a track record of charity benefit tournaments.
WIM Ivette Garcia Morales is the Owner and Founder of Capablanca Chess Club, a 15-year-old chess club known for its tournaments, team programs, and bundled-membership model. A FIDE Instructor with an MBA, she trains the chess team at Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) and is a widely followed streamer and content creator.
