IA/FA Section of New TD Certification rules

On Page 11 of the new TD certification rules (August 2005), there is mention of TDs certified at the Senior level or higher being able to “take a test designed to teach and evaluate the applicant’s knowledge or organizational and reporting requirements for FIDE-rated events.” This was not in the previous certification rules.

How can I obtain this test? I am sure other non-IA/FA Seniors and above would have some interest in this.

Contact the USCF office and they will pass it along to you when they have their copy. I believe Ernie Schlicht is creating those materials.
