ICCGM Ed Duliba

I first want to congratulate Ed on being the 9th ICCGM in the U.S., and yes, that is saying a lot about the patience, persistence and perserverence it takes. However, I’m at a loss as to your reason for your retirement. Like life, chess has always been about the journey and never the destination. You have so much more to give to the game that has been so good to you. I made that mistake and retired for 20 years. Do not deny your peers or new (Master) talent the opportunity to play you. I personally have had you in my cross hairs for three years now, and we are scheduled to meet in the ICCF 18th USCCC. Will you deny me, and all the other players that have earned the right and opportunity to play you? I hope not! You don’t have to retire…semi retirement is OK!
