Yes they are going bankrupt without some major changes. The prior year budget had some puzzling omissions and still programmed at 200,000+ Euro loss. And that turned into a 900,000 Euro loss.
Now this year with the Olympiad and other events they will have more revenue, but there should be additional expenses too. But the current situation is clearly unsustainable.
