This still doesn’t explain why expired non-life members with known expiration dates are showing up with null expiration dates.
It’s probably something to do with data other than their expiration date, such as a status code or other flag. (There are several.)
The combination of “important enough to include in the file” but “not important to preserve all the known data” strikes me as a very odd status code.
