Can I be banned from this forum forever, so I do not have to read these posts?

I can understand the sentiment, but you are out of luck with the forums other than the USCF Issues forum. Those other forums are readable even by people who do not have a login ID, so even a requested banning would not prevent you from reading them.
Tim Just generally skips all topics with more than a certain number (4?) pages, as after that most of the discussion is repetitive and doesn’t change anybody’s mind. I’m not quite that drastic, but I do find myself often merely skimming posts in a long multi-page thread.
Sometimes I think what is needed is an option so I can just see the last post by each person in that thread, far too often that will have all the salient information from their earlier posts.
I wish there were an option to permanently mark a thread as read, even after other posts are added to it. There are certain topics I’m simply not interested in.
