Membership batch files for rated games

I still have errors for processing a membership batch file for my event.

These individuals played in an open rated event and paid for a one day only membership.
The errors are in two categories. One member has an expired membership, but I donot see a category for him in the pull down menu for membership.

The others are for children. They paid $7 for the one day fee, but this caused a batch file error. Could someone tell me how to process these individuals?

Essentially you submit the rating report and then go back to deal with the errors. One of the ways to deal with membership errors is to select the Tournament Membership option. The cost of the TM is added to your final total.

Here is a YouTube video by moi showing you the process:

Herbert,

Once you’ve done this one you will know how to handle JTP memberships for a K-3 or single-school scholastic.

You might try reading the “Frequently Asked Questions” document on the TD/Affiliate Support Area page, it does explain this in detail.

it is a rare event when you get the following

but it does happen :slight_smile:

When running my small weekly and monthly events I got that every time but once on a large scholastic for about a year running. (o;

I assume you mean on the first validation attempt. I’ve never run a check on how many validation passes it takes to get events error-free, but I suspect that many, possibly most, events take more than one validation.
