If you have a TD or member ID that isn’t working, there should now be a refresh button in the edit box for that ID. From what I’ve been told, it only appears if there’s an outstanding validation issue that a refresh could solve, and it doesn’t work for affiliates yet. :sigh:
If there are issues with the refresh or if the refresh doesn’t change anything (which it wouldn’t if a lapsed member was still lapsed), it will report that. This should help with a lot of validation issues.
It won’t do things like name or state changes, if a member has made that kind of change to their member record, they should be able to refresh MUIR from their member dashboard.
