Once upon a time, we could see the zip codes where tournaments took place; now the only information that MUIR is displaying is at the city and state level.
Is the zip code information intended to be displayed in the future, or should I not expect it to return?
I”m assuming it will show up at some point, it is useful information.
We also had country information, although that is significantly less useful.
Country information is useful for FIDE adjustment events, though.
K factor has also disappeared.
I don’t think we ever showed k factor on the live ratings, it shows on the ratings estimator.
Ah, that’s the old half-K thing, which we discontinued around 20 years ago.
Although it doesn’t show anywhere, for dual-rated events there is a sliding scale for K factor from 100% for players below some rating (2200, I think) to 25% for players above some rating (2500, I think.)
