I conducted a tournament today and I am trying to submit the report using code NCD2025FREE.
However, it is still prompting me for a payment.
Has anyone submitted tournament report today with this code for no charge? Let me know.

I’ve seen about six that went through, there was an issue with the payment program that was fixed at about 2:45 CT this afternoon, you might have to go back to the release for payment stage and try it again.

Some reminders on National Chess Day:
The event must start on or before the 11th, and end on or after the 11th.
Your event has to have National Chess Day, NCD, or something similar as part of the event name.
The waiver code is NCD2025FREE
Each affiliate is allowed just one event with waived ratings fees.
I helped a new TD with an NCD event, his first. It went smoothly until the payment step. After fixing the tournament name, he applied the coupon which resulted in a $0 fee. But next he was shown a fee without the code. He’s emailed the office. Hopefully, he didn’t use his one chance at the coupon because it didn’t look like it was seamless to me.
