New member wants to change membership type

I signed up a new member today, and after inputting them into the system and paying for their membership (regular scholastic) they told me that they now wanted to sign up for a different type (Premium Youth).

Is there a way to fix that online or should I call the office?

Call the office or send email to memsales@uschess.org. I’ve done this; they asked me to call and give them a credit card number to charge for the difference in membership dues.
