Are pre-1993 ratings supplements available as scanned PDFs somewhere?

No, we’ve been trying to convince Tim Tobiason to scan them (probably just the annual lists) and make them available on CDs, like he did with back issues of Chess Life, but that’s a lengthy task and probably a rather small market.
Wish we had all the old “TD Corners” and other items related to rules discussions from them.

To get all the TD Tips pages (written by a variety of staffers over the years), it would be necessary to gather and scan the pages from the bi-monthly supplements, which would increase the amount of time it would take Tim Tobiason (or anyone else) to capture that data. I also suspect most of the information from those pages is out of date.
It would be interesting just from a historical point of view to see how rules and how TD handle them have evolved over the years.
Yes, the historical aspect was one of the things I had in mind, along with some of the debate from some prominent TDs that went into the rules changes; there were alot of good discussions.
I’m pretty sure I have them back to 1987. I’ll have to look see what I can gather.
