On Site T-Shirts

At our State Elem we’ve in the past had a group print and sell t-shirts for us. They no longer serve the Utah area. I’m looking for suggestions on companies that do this, or ones I should avoid. Thanks in advance.

I would contact either Shelby Lohrman of American Chess Equipment or Shawn Sullivan of The House of Staunton (US Chess Sales).

To my knowledge neither one of them provide T-Shirts as you ask about, however I know that both have run equipment concessions at many scholastic events both large and small and therefore would know of places to contact.

In the whole state of Utah, you can’t find someone who does printed T-shirts and other items for sports, business, and non-profit activities? Check with local people who do marathons and shorter races. They usually give T-shirts as part of entry. You might get the shirts cheaper if you buy local rather than use a national company. Establishing a local relationship for buying stuff is much better and supports the community. It can also lead to you getting other sponsors for your events.

You might ask the US Chess office for referrals to companies who have printed shirts on-site at national tournaments. Whoever does it seems willing to travel.
