What, you think Parade magazine would be unable to find the Polgars as a suitable answer to a question about women chess masters without P/T PR? Or are you saying they wrote the question to provoke Parade to unwittingly augment their PR efforts? Joe, I think your first sentence was unnecessary. Referring readers to the Haring thread, on the other hand, was a good idea.
After what I have seen in the press since Obama was sworn in, I have little trust in ordinary letters to the editor not being planted. But that is not a USCF issue…
