The North American Chess Association is pleased to announce the availability of The Chess Organiser’s Handbook in electronic format (PDF).
The book is currently in its 3rd edition and while some sections are outdated (in relation to FIDE regulations), the majority of the handbook is a very useful guide for current and future organiser’s.
The 4th edition will be released mid-September with significant updates and additional resources. All releases will be handled electronically and there will never be a cost to acquire the book.
