Emergency lock downs. I arrived at my local facility and discovered they had gone in to an emergency lock down just fifteen minutes before my arrrival. There was a fire department rescue unit out front. My guard friend there told me they may be in lock down until mid-day tomorrow. I guess timing is important at times. A fellow I know from Shambala Meditation center in St. Johnsbury is locked in. He usually starts a half hour before me with a meditation class…Om.
