Instead of rollover minutes, I’m in favor of a pre-paid chess system: a pro-rata rebate of the entry fees for unused minutes. So in a four round G/15 if I get mated in five minutes each game and I’ve only used 20 minutes of my 60, I get refunded 66% of my EF. That way I’m only paying for the chess I’m playing
