Best website for chess book reviews is...

.

I never knew of this website for chess book reviews before today.
I know of no other website with as many reviews that are recent and of high quality.

Or are there other good websites of chess book reviews? (Not counting Amazon.com reviews.)

Thanks. GeneM

Think Silman does book reviews. Also Bob Long who sells books does a good job of reviews of the books he stocks, Chess Butler. He does not have a website but e-mails newsletters.

thanks. great site.

IM and chess author John Watson is/was doing reviews. You’ll have to find it yourself

I believe ChessCafe.com still does reviews. It is difficult to say that someone is “best” but I have read good reviews on that site.

I believe John Hartman not only does reviews for Chess Life, but also has a web site for reviews as well. I think it was even mentioned in on of his Chess Life articles.

Silman’s site has great reviews, but it hasn’t been updated for about a year and a half.
