I spent some time today looking for an algebraic version of My Chess Career. The only one I’m aware of is the one edited by Lyndon Laird, which received less than stellar reviews (see chesshistory.com/winter/extr … lanca.html for example).
There is a version by Zeticula/Harding Simpole that is print on demand. I haven’t seen an actual copy, so I haven’t been able to determine if that is in algebraic or descriptive notation.
Edward Winter wrote an article a few years back: chesshistory.com/winter/extr … lanca.html on Capablanca books in algebraic, but I didn’t see a reference there that helped.
If anyone is aware of a version, I’d like to hear about it.
