Since I was closing down the chess booth for the final week of the Colorado Renaissance Festival on August 1st, I sent Brother Dean with the Gaming Monks sign to the Richard “Buck” Buchanan memorial service. We filled the back with messages from past monks and other Ren Faire fans. Thanks to all those who took the time to write something. The family loved it!
We are now at 8-2 in our match with Team Kansas -Kansas Chess Association- with only 2 games left to finish. You can see the games here:
