Did I miss something, or is the December database not out yet for a reason?

I have a tournament tomorrow so I decided to download it today through TD/A. That is when I discovered the link is broken. You can still get it by going to the direct url secure2.uschess.org/supplements/GDQ1512.zip and downloading it. The red D is an erroneous 5 in the broken link.

Note that making the D red made it an unusable link itself, which is why I listed it again without the color.
The link has been fixed.
You can show the link and use the special coloring by putting the link in the URL tag. See the code sample below. It then looks like this:
