email contact for ratings department?

Who do I email for help getting an event rated? (Specifically, for help dealing with a tournament membership/membership exception request).

Hmmm…I thought those membership exception requests were at the bottom of the “edit tournament” page (after the event was submitted on-line). Is this some sort of special request beyond that?

Membership exception requests are indeed available through the TD/Affiliate Support Area, via the online editing form, after the event is uploaded or entered but before it is submitted for rating.
