Both the local club (Montgomery Al) and our State Organization seem to be fractionating.
I don’t like it much but there seems to be little to prevent it.

Fractionating? You need to find the lowest common denominator, then.
No, that’s not just a pun. Been there more than once. Organizations need to figure out what they have in common and how to utilize that to take advantage of their differences. But when organizations (or individuals involved in them) take the point of view that “I’m right and no other point of view can possibly be valid”, that’s difficult to do, because the only middle ground is scorched earth.
exactly my take on the problems with the Local Club.
Too many competing goals. That is not always bad but if the goals are apparently cannot be clearly stated and therefore justified things degenerate quickly. They cannot be stated clearly because in two cases those goals are more or less personal goals (of no benefit to anyone else).
I am not sure what the problems with State Organization is. (If they exist). Possibly overwork.
