Can someone please direct me to the correct staff member to whom I address appeals of TD decisions?
Also, how do I pay the $25 good faith fee if I’m planning on submitting via e-mail?

Judy Misner. You must provide all evidence, the USCF is not able to chase down evidence. The TD will get a chance to reply (it may take as long as 30 days) to the complaint. The appeal will get assigned to a committee (probably TDCC, Rules, or Ethics). The committee gets the complaint and all evidence. They can take a short or long time to make a decision. Judy can walk you through the $25 fee.
