The online edition gets updated yearly on January 1 of each year. Are you asking about a new print 8th edition?

The decision to print a rulebook comes from people far above my paygrade. At this time I know of no plans to print an 8th edition, or upgraded 7th edition. I believe several 7th edition print runs ago, with more than one new chapter, should have been the new print 8th edition. I suspect the powers that be will crank up their spreadsheets to see if they can afford an 8th edition. IMHO, it is time.
