That’s not a FIDE list, it doesn’t appear to be official in any way. In fact, knowing FIDE, I won’t be surprised someday to see some sort of “cease and desist” in the future. I assume you are looking at “Live Ratings” at 2700chess.com/.

The other major list for this information is chesspro.ru/guestnew/looknullmes … age=777#bp

GM Kamsky moved unofficially to 10th on the Live Ratings top-50 list with an unofficial FIDE rating of 2759.1 edging past GM Nakamura at an unofficial FIDE rating of 2759.0 now sitting at an unofficial 11th. This was an official result of play yesterday at the European Chess Club Cup officially underway in Eliat, Israel. Kamsky officially won his first round game against GM Evgeny Romanov, and Nakamura officially lost his to GM Dimitry Andreikin, officially the current Russian Champion.

Both ratings would be rounded to 2759 on the official list, and Nakamura would get the tie-breaker since he has played in more games during the cycle. Of course, there’s a few more games to be played.
