I have posted on my facebook page a photo of the key to Crossville given to then USCF Exec Director Frank Niro. Frank now lives in Oregon City Oregon and is organizing chess events at the Oregon City CC.

Shouldn’t that read ‘former USCF Executive Director’ or ‘then USCF Executive Director’?

Not really. He was ED when it was given to him.
