How does something like the following player listing happen?

Note that there is a name, a number, but person is a nonmember (never was a member)? My friend Edwin Walker suggested that perhaps the person erroneously created a second number…but I checked the family name & did not get a second hit on given name.

Could be error; could be something else.

When you create a login to US Chess, it generates a number for you even if you don’t purchase a membership.

Player now has a one-year membership, netted against prize winnings. (We should all have done so well in our first event.)
