I am curious if you checked on the “Upload/Enter/Edit USCF Rating Report Files” page to see what the status of the tournament was.
If you look there you will see that it either wasn’t submitted, was submitted, or is already rated.
According to our logs, it was submitted for rating at 9:33 PM, rated at 10:04 PM and posted to the website a few hours later, probably by about 1AM.
