The affiliate adds a TD for directing tournaments in the affiliate section. However, only the affiliate’s name is revealed. The site is not assigning the TD. Thus, when the TD goes into his home page, the affiliate site will not populate for him.
Only contacts that are approved to manage the affiliate on line can add TDs. My affiliate has five officers with two allowed to manage the affiliate on line. It also has nine tournament directors listed as able to be the chief TD or submitting TD of an event. Other TDs can freely work events in positions other than chief TD or submitting TD.
The affiliate contact has added my name as TD. However, when he opens the affiliate site to check it, it states no TDs are assigned.
I’m not sure when you added the TD, but my understanding is this process may take at least 24 hours to fully populate in the system.

The affiliate contact added about three weeks ago. I added it today. Thanks.
Try again this evening, there’s an update that happens around 7PM CT every day.

USCF had to resolve the issue. It is working now!
sounds like something wasn’t set up quite right, that’s easy to do. Glad it got straightened out.
