Does “Pay Affiliate’s Pending Items” work in the new system? I have a TD that ran an event and submitted the rating report for our affiliate, but I am not seeing the event under “Pending” items. It is difficult to tell how this should work as I see my personal items under this area. I cannot tell if my affiliate’s items would show up here.
I haven’t personally tried it, but my understanding is that once the TD releases the event, anyone listed as an affiliate manager can pay them. Being a manager for the affiliate’s online data is separate from being an officer of the affiliate.
I just got off a Zoom call with the TD that ran the event. It clear shows that he has our affiliate and has release the event, but it does not show up under my dashboard. I own all the affiliate data as well, so it should be there. Fortunately, it was a small event, so he is going to pay the rating fees and I can reimburse him. There is definitely something broken with the new system for affiliates to pay items.
