What IRS forms do you need to fill out when you pay a prize of over $600? Do you have to do the same thing when you pay appearance fees?

The USCF cannot provide legal or tax advice. You must report players who receive a class prize of $1000 or more to the USCF.
What you should do with the IRS is something you need to ask an accountant.
