I recently renewed R. V. Nuccio / US Chess affiliate coverage for a chess nonprofit. It’s simply an amazing deal (though it works only for nonprofits without a permanent home, and it may not be offered in all 50 states).

The annual premium in litigious Illinois is an amazingly cheap $1,014.50. (Our premiums have not gone up on ANY of the lines in the last four years.) Underwriters are Firemen’s Fund & Nationwide.

When I was Georgia Chess Association Treasurer I recommended switching our insurance to R.V. Nuccio, which we did. I do not know if they still use Nuccio, but we certainly experienced no issues with them while I was involved. Only savings.

Two years later: we have increased property coverage to $15,000.

Annual cost: $1,070.50. Very affordable!

Utah uses RV Nuccio.
