My brother in law, Burrard “Buz” Wayne EDDY died today in Lynnwood WA. He was born in 2 Jan 1940. I don’t know of the plans for a service yet. He was a very active chess player and organizer in late 1950s and 1960s in Washington State, an editor of WASHINGTON CHESS LETTER and NORTHWEST CHESS LETTER, tournament director for Washington Chess Federation, assistant TD for 1966 US Open in Seattle,
