TD test and digital clocks

On page 62 of the rules of chess it states that TD are encouraged to review the link for digital clocks at uschess.org…alas I cannot find the link. Does it still exist and if so where?

I think the link you are referring to is here:

but… some the information there may not be up to date.

We used to have a page on the website for TD information, it was not ported over to the new website. Many of the documents on it are still available if you change ‘www’ to ‘archive’.

In addition to the ‘Everything you ever wanted to know…’ document, there is this one that Mike Atkins prepared some years ago, it may also be somewhat dated:
