Tournament "queued"

Mike, first I want to thank you for all the work which you do!

And now to annoy you: we submitted a tournament to be rated an hour ago. It says it’s queued. This is the first time I see this. Do we have an idea when it will be rated? Is there something we need to do on our end

I haven’t seen that status before, either, I wonder if they’ve relabeled something or added a new one?

I’ll ask but I doubt I’ll get an answer until tomorrow morning.

I noticed that there was only one tournament rated today. Which makes me think that I am not the only person who is having this issue

It looks like the ratings program isn’t getting launched. Ticket filed.

Yes, I’ve had one queued since ~1020 EST last night.

Only one tournament got rated on the 17th and none so far on the 18th; it’s clearly frozen.

Looks like this issue has been addressed and the queue is being worked on, should be caught up soon.
