I’m an active USCF member, and I’d lke to get an email notification when a new TLA is posted near me. I know this is possible, because I used to have this set up before letting my membership lapse a few years back. However, I can’t seem to get those notifications working again. I’ve confirmed that my email listed under “Key Info” is correct, and here are my current Subscription List and TLA settings:
These settings look correct, and if I go to Play → Upcoming Tournaments and search for TLAs within 60 miles of my zip code, I see a number of results. I know for a fact that several of these results are new since I set up these TLA settings, and I haven’t received a single TLA notification since renewing my membership this year.
Am I missing a setting, or is there something else I need to do in order to receive the TLA notifications that I want? Thanks in advance for any help!

@nolan Yes, I am getting other emails, including the Key newsletter. The most recent one I got was on September 2nd.
I was mainly unsure if there was some other setting I was missing, but it sounds like that answer is no, and there’s some other technical issue. With luck, I’ll be able to get it resolved with my email to JJ Lang.
I’m not sure JJ is the right person to deal with it, he does not work on the code that sets TLA preferences or utilizes them. I did pass your information along to Korey, as it may need to go the developers for those tools.

Looks like I haven’t received any of the TLAs in quite a while. Checked in Spam & Trash, too.
I do get some other US Chess things – including what I assumed was a paid e-mail blast – but none of the basic TLA.

I did receive a TLA email notification this morning for an event that matches my criteria, though the event is happening tomorrow, and was posted earlier. Perhaps someone made a change behind-the-scenes and the system is working through a backlog?
Regardless, I’ll keep an eye on it, and I’ll follow-up if I’m still not receiving TLAs in a little while. It’d be useful to get these notifications again.
I did raise this with the developers, so if there’s something that has caused TLA Mail to get stuck, maybe this will fix it. (I used to have my profile set to get every TLA within 3000 miles of Nebraska, but somehow that flag got unset a few months ago, and I’ve been so involved in other tasks that I didn’t notice.)
