Who should be notified by rating report errors?

If a player notices that a very recent rating report contains an error (such as a record that he played a game he did not, or wrong result of a game), to whom should that error be reported?

If a result is wrong notify the chief TD who must then notify the USCF office (Walter Brown, I believe).

If a result was posted for an unplayed game probably both the chief TD and Walter Brown (wbrown@uschess.org).
