Delete Tournament ID?

A few days ago I did my first online tournament submission. The process is a little clutsy, but everything turned out ok. The tournament is now listed and everything is fine.

   Here's the question:

   On the Upload/Edit Tournament Files page there's a drop down box for Tournament ID.  The tournament I was working on is still listed there.  None of the tournaments previously submitted on paper are listed.  A few buttons down is a button labeled Delete This Tournament Id (with a check box next to it).  So, now that the tournament has been processed can I use this button to delete it from the tournament edit page or will it delete the processed tournament from the USCF database?

If the event has been rated, you can either delete it from your pending events list or leave it there and it will be deleted by us about a week after it has been rated.

Thanks Nolan, I guess I’ll just leave it alone until you delete it. That way I’ll know it’s official. Most of my events have very similar names, so I just didn’t want to leave it there forever, taking a chance of mixing it up with future tournaments.
