Family Plan #1 etc

A parent purchased a family plan and the child is not coming up with a USCF ID. This includes both USCF platforms NewUSCF and MUIR. The mother has a USCF ID.

You will need to contact member services for this.

My understanding is that there is a global outage this afternoon (Thursday) affecting many Outlook users, including US Chess, so email might get delayed.
