Are the game stats supposed to have been caught up?
I found a player who was missing a bunch of their games (I need try to remember who it was since I must not have saved the screen shot)

update: well they are there on the drill down - just not on the summary – they are all pre-2000 years so must be a y2k bug 
Good catch, reported, but as with the last bug I will not speculate as to cause.
My understanding is that norms will be back in the same place on crosstables that they were on MSA at some point, hopefully in the next two weeks. Suppressing the moot norms from the norms list is on the worklist.

Sorry if this is the wrong topic but being that it’s stats I thought it was close enough. I appreciate the update on the TD Info, level, expiration, etc. however, I miss this from the old system: tournament counts. How many tournaments this TD has directed, how many sections. It would give an instant impression on how active a TD is. Also, on a slightly separate note but count-related, the previous system also had a players tournament count displayed. Would love to have this back as well.
We spent 20 years tweaking the old system adding features like that, it’ll take some time to do that on the new system as well.
Can someone point me to an explanation of the norm system? Asking for a parent…

Here’s the tl;dr version.
Norms are based on what your expected performance would have been if your rating was 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 or 2400 rather than what your current rating is. Norms are only computed on OTB regular or dual rated events.
We compute a (slightly modified) expected score based upon those 6 ratings levels and compare that to your actual score (4 or more rated games required, or 3 games plus a full point bye or forfeit win), and your actual score must be MORE than 1 point above that to earn a norm at that rating level. It’s a fairly steep requirement, by design, on average about 15% of people earn a norm in an event.
It takes 5 norms at a title level or higher to earn the title, the 2000 and up titles also require that you have achieved a post-event rating equalling or exceeding that title level.
