Miller Time

Greetings,

Have you ever wondered what the difference between strategic and tactical thinking is?

Well, I go over that in my upset of Glenn Miller, including a chess diagram. In addition to that game, Buck has contributed a bunch of games (in pgn) from the Colorado Springs Open.

Peace be with you,

Paul Anderson

Strategy is knowing what to do when there is nothing to do.” - Savielly Tartakower

Here is a response I received:

“Strategical thinking is what I do to avoid tactics. Tactical thinking is what I do to avoid strategy.” - Ditat Deus, Ed Yetman, III

Strategy requires thought, Tactics require observation” - Max Euwe
