Sorry. Do you mean tournaments where a bunch of players get together at my club and they play a tournament with a bunch of players at your club, or do you mean something like what ICC is doing with its online blitz tournaments?

There is no special category of “online TD”.
USCF TDs monitor events that are conducted in part on-line. That means we have players in one place monitored by a TD and player sin another place monitored as well playing over the web. this sort of game is actually rated as any OTB game is rated. The games played over ICC have no such monitoring, which is one reason the ratings are kept separate.
Good thing - they’d probably either look like Alex Trebeck or Chuck Woolery.
